Walnut High development

Brookline Housing Authority (‘BHA’) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals to firms or provide Owner’s Project Manager (‘OPM’) services for Phase I of the planned redevelopment of the Walnut High development. The project involves planning, design, permitting, pre-construction, and construction related activities for the redevelopment of Walnut High Apartments in Brookline, MA. Qualified persons or firms are requested to submit proposals no later than 4PM on July 12, 2024. The RFP can be obtained at
