PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR SEALED BIDS

The N. Attleborough Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Vendors for Kitchen Appliances, for the N. Attleborough Housing Authority in N. Attleborough, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents herein.

The estimated value of this Contract is $ $47,250.00

All Sealed Bids are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.30B and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Invitation for Bids.
