Three Units Rose Morin Renovation

The Falmouth Housing Authority (a tax-exempt organization) seeks bids to renovate three (3) units at its public housing property located at 58 Rose Morin Lane. The units are approximately 450 sq. feet. Davis/Bacon rates must be applied. The work is estimated to cost $55,000. The unit renovations are as follows:

1. Complete degreasing and nicotine removal;
2. Repair, supply and install new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom;
3. Install laminate backsplash, countertop, kitchen sink and kitchen & bathroom faucets;
4. Refinish kitchen cabinet, living room and bedroom hardwood floors;
5. Prime and paint interiors (some doors are galvanized and may require special treatment);
6. Clean unit and windows;
7. Replace smoke and heat detectors

Bids will be accepted in person, via fax and via email (brichards@falmouthhousing.org) no later than November 14, 2022 at 12:00 noon. The units will be available for tour on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties should meet at 58 Rose Morin Drive at the Community Room/Laundry Room. A layout of a typical unit and video of a completed unit is available for review at www.falmouthhousing.org with the bid posting.
