BROOKLINE HOUSING AUTHORITY (BHA) REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
SITE-BASED SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR SENIORS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

The BHA is seeking proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Ch. 30-B § 6-a. from qualified firms to provide comprehensive supportive services at five properties designated for low-income seniors and persons with disabilities, all located within close proximity in Brookline. Services requested include service/care coordination, community engagement, and wellness services such as group fitness, nutrition programs, and medical/clinical integrations for linguistically diverse populations. WBE/MBE encouraged to apply.

Proposal copies and instructions are available via request only to qualified entities at https://www.brooklinehousing.org/bids.aspx. Proposers must indicate their intention to respond and/or submit any questions or requests for modifications by September 16, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Proposal must be received no later than 5:00 PM on September 30, 2022 via email. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
