Request for Proposals (RFP) – NSPIRE Inspection Services

The Falmouth Housing Authority (FHA) is seeking qualified firms to provide NSPIRE-compliant inspection services for federally subsidized housing units. This includes inspections for Public Housing units and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8, DIAL, Mainstream, FYI) and Project-Based Voucher programs. The selected firm will be awarded a three-year contract from December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2027.

Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on October 14, 2024. No electronic submissions will be accepted. Questions must be submitted by October 10, 2024, via email to Bobbi Richards at brichards@falmouthhousing.org.
