The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 7C s.36 and July 2019 Action by the Asset Management Board, presents a redevelopment opportunity to lease a parcel of approximately 12,000 SF, with the structure known as the Dudley House, for a term of up to 99 years. The disposition property is located at 167 Centre Street, Roxbury. The site is bounded by a parking lot actively used by Roxbury Community College, Centre Street and property owned by the Archdiocese of Boston. The Commonwealth is soliciting proposals from parties interested in restoring and developing this historic property. The terms and requirements of the lease of the disposition property are set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP).

Instructions for the submission of proposals are set forth in the RFP. DCAMM reserves the right to reject any or all proposals it receives for any reason or no reason.

Deadline: Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, One Ashburton Place, 15th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts and shall be opened at DCAMM, One Ashburton Place,15th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts after 3:00 PM on February 21, 2020.
