CONCERNING FAIRMOUNT REST HOME

Fairmount Rest Home located at 172 Fairmount avenue Hydepark owned by the late Susan Marden to Tara Marden of 14 Kerrywood drive East Falmouth Ma 02536 is being acquired by Yves M Lyncee of 25 Pleasant Heights Drive
North Easton Ma 02356.

The Rest Home facility services and capacity will remain the same. A public hearing may be requested upon petition by any group of ten adults. Such petition shall include the name, address and signature of each adult and designate one member for the representative of the group. Written comments concerning the application’s ability to provide long term care services and petitions for a public hearing may be addressed to the offices of the Department of Public Health Division of Health Care Facility Licensure and Certificate by mail to:
