D/B/A BOSTON PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“BPDA”)
PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO SOUTH END URBAN RENEWAL PLAN, PROJECT NO. MASS. R-56 FOR PARCELS X-30A, X-30A-1, X-30B, X-30C and X-30D

Public Notice is hereby given that the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency will consider at its scheduled meeting on Thursday, June 14, 2018, starting at 3:30 P.M. in the Board Room – Room 900, 9th Floor, Boston City Hall, One City Hall Square, a proposed modification to the South End Urban Renewal Plan (the “Plan”) regarding Parcels X-30A, X-30A-1, X-30B, X-30C and X-30D (the ”Parcels”). Said modification of the Plan will allow the BRA to modify Map No. 3 “Reuse Parcels” of the Plan to create the Parcels; identify the Parcels on Map No. 1 “Property” of the Plan as property to be acquired; allow Map No. 2 “Proposed Land Use” to be modified by setting the proposed land use of the Parcels as school, residential and/ or commercial; and allow Table A entitled “Land Use and Building Requirements” of Section 602 of Chapter VI to be modified. This Public Notice is being provided in accordance with a certain “Conciliation Agreement” by and among the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the BRA and others, dated as of January 16, 2001.
