PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO SOUTH END URBAN RENEWAL PLAN, PROJECT NO. MASS. R-56, FOR PARCEL 3C; PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO SOUTH END URBAN RENEWAL PLAN, PROJECT NO. MASS. R-56, FOR PARCEL 4; AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AREA NO. 114, SHAWMUT AVENUE/WASHINGTON STREET, SOUTH END NEIGHBORHOOD, BOSTON

Public Notice is hereby given that the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency will consider at its scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 17, 2018, starting at 3:30 P.M. in the Board Room – Room 900, 9th Floor, Boston City Hall, One City Hall Square a proposed modification to the South End Urban Renewal Plan regarding Parcel 3C, a proposed modification to the South End Urban Renewal Plan regarding Parcel 4 and a proposed Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 114, Shawmut Avenue/Washington Street, South End neighborhood, Boston. Said modifications will create Parcel 3C and set forth the land use controls for Parcel 3C and set forth the land use controls for Parcel 4. The Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 114, Shawmut Avenue/Washington Street, South End neighborhood, Boston shall set forth the zoning for Parcels 3C and 4 and an adjacent parcel. This Public Notice is being provided in accordance with a certain “Conciliation Agreement” by and among the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the BRA and others, dated as of January 16, 2001.
