REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the redevelopment and sale of one (1) parcel, 12/02471000, representing approximately 10,406 square feet of vacant land in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-24, known as 44 Maple Street in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston (the “Property”). The BPDA seeks to convey the Property for the development of a community garden and open space.
