Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, in accordance with M. G. L. Chapter 149, invites the submission of sealed bids for: DPH821724-100 CT Scan Equipment Replacement Project: 170 Morton Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.

• Pre-registration for the non-mandatory walk through due by April 2, 2024, at 4:00pm at the following email Pamela.H.Couchon2@mass.gov.
• The non-mandatory walk through will be held on April 4, 2024 at 10:30am at South side entry of the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital.
• General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in General Building Construction,
  • Sub-Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in identified sub-bid categories.
  • Filed sub-bid questions are due on April 10, 2024 at 2:00pm.
  • Sub-bid submittals are due on April 17, 2024 at 2:00pm. General Contractor questions are due on April 24, 2024 at 2:00pm.
  • General Contractor public bid opening will be on May 1, 2024 at 2:00pm at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital.
