Parcel D-4 Mixed Income Residential Development

The Massachusetts Port Authority (“Massport”) is seeking Qualifications from parties interested in developing, financing, constructing, and operating a signature mixed income residential development project on Parcel D-4 under a long-term ground lease. The Project Site is an approximately 23,500 square foot site presently being used as an open parking lot located between the SBWTC (South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center) and D Street in the South Boston Waterfront area of Boston, MA. Also available as part of this offering is 3,500 square foot of air rights over Massport property.
