Brookline Housing Authority (BHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) services for the redevelopment of Kickham Apartments, including planning, design, permitting, pre-construction, and construction-related activities. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Procurement is subject to Chap. 30B public procurement.
