The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Massport) is soliciting Construction Management at Risk Services for MPA PROJECT NO. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149A, Sections 1 thru 13, Massport is seeking a highly qualified and competent Construction Manager (CM) to provide preconstruction services and implement the construction of the Project in accordance with an agreement where the basis for payment is the cost of the work plus a fee with a negotiated guaranteed maximum price. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being utilized to prequalify and shortlist CM firms who will be invited to submit proposals in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to be issued by Massport.

Terminal C Optimization and Terminal C to Terminal B Connector Project will provide a complete post security connection from Terminal C Pier C, at gate C25 through to Terminal B Pier A, at gate B38 and includes renovations to existing building structures, a building addition, as well as demolition of existing Old Tower building. The project will provide pre and post security passenger amenities and reconfigured additional space for facility, operations, and administration services. Modifications to existing passenger hold rooms, and existing gates are required, as well as reconfiguration and upgrades of existing Terminal C main passenger check point.
