REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Menotomy Weatherization Program is accepting sealed proposals from contractors for heating system efficiency modifications including repairs, cleaning, tuning and burner/system replacements for the HeartWap (HWAP) Program as well as accepting proposals from asbestos abatement contractors. The service area is Arlington, Cambridge, Lexington, Belmont, Somerville, Watertown and Waltham. The accepted proposals will be for the HeartWap Program years: October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2020. All proposals must be in our office — The Menotomy Weatherization office at 20 Academy Street, Suite 202, Arlington MA 02476 — no later than Friday September 30, 2018

All proposals are subject to price negotiation. The Menotomy Weatherization Program reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed best for the Program.
