SOLICITATION FOR OWNER’S REPRESENTATION SERVICES FOR THE FIBER OPTIC RESILIENCY PROJECT
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting Owner’s Representation Services for the Fiber Optic Resiliency project. The Scope of Service(s) may include but are not limited to: project management (PM), design phase services, and construction phase services. The scope of services will be authorized on a task order basis by phase. The conceptual level construction cost estimate for the proposed improvements is $75,000,000. The duration of this contract will be two (2) years.
This project is expected to utilize Federal and non-federal funding. The DBE participation goal for this project is 20% of the total amount authorized. In addition, the Authority strongly encourages the use of Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as prime consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers in all of its contracting opportunities.
