SOLICITATION FOR OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES FOR TOWER 1 AND COVE INTERLOCKING PROJECT

MBTA CONTRACT NO. G49PS02

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting Owner’s Representative Services for the Tower 1 and COVE Interlocking Project. The Scope of Service(s) may include but are not limited to: program management (PM), design phase services, and construction phase services. The scope of services will be authorized on a task order basis by phase. The conceptual level construction cost estimate for the proposed improvements is $69,000,000. The duration of this contract will be five (5) years.

This project is expected to utilize Federal and non-federal funding. The DBE participation goal for this project is 0% of the total amount authorized. In addition, the Authority strongly encourages the use of Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as prime consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers in all of its contracting opportunities.
