Parcel H Development

The Massachusetts Port Authority (“Massport”) is seeking Proposals from parties interested in developing, financing, constructing, and operating a signature mixed-use commercial development project on Parcel H under a long term ground lease. The Project Site is an undeveloped 1.1-acre parcel of land situated on Congress Street, immediately east of the 601 Congress Street office building (formerly the John Hancock Building) and immediately north of Silver Line Way, within the South Boston Waterfront area of Boston, Massachusetts. Also available as part of this offering is 1.4 acres including air rights over Silver Line Way.

Proposal requirements are set forth in the Request for Proposals which may be obtained via the Massport website http://www.massport.com/massport/business/bids-opportunities/current-opportunities/

Massport must receive all proposals not later than 12:00 P.M. local time on September 27, 2019; attention: Luis Mejias, Senior Development Manager, One Harborside Drive, Suite 200S, East Boston, MA 02128.
