INVITATION TO BID
The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, in accordance with M. G. L. Chapter 149, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following: DPH821725-100 Medical Gas Valve Replacement Project: 170 Morton Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130. Specifications for this project may be downloaded on or after Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at http://www.rowsearchitects.com by clicking on “Bid Opportunities” or at http://www.questcdn.com under “Login” using QuestCDN Project No. 9400403. Contact Janet Lever at Rowse Architects, Inc. at 774-215-0290 for assistance with QuestCDN membership registration and downloading this digital project information. The Owner shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of bid documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than QuestCDN. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in general building construction. A mandatory Bidder’s Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 10:30am on-site at Lemuel Shattuck Hospital. Pre-registration for mandatory Bidder’s Conference is due by Monday, December 2, 2024, at 4pm to Pamela.H.Couchon2@mass.gov. All questions are due on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 4:00pm to Pamela.H.Couchon2@mass.gov. Question responses will be issued on Thursday, December 12, 2024, by 4:00pm. General Contractor public bid opening will be on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 2:00pm at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, Conference Room A. The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defects, informalities, and minor irregularities in proposals as deemed to be in the best interest of the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital. All proposals must be submitted as sealed bids to Lemuel Shattuck Hospital and must conform to the bidder’s instructions and specifications.
