SDN – Norfolk Boiler Replacement (Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office DAC Building), Dedham, MA The following Filed Sub-Bids: Plumbing; Electrical

Sub-Bids at 12:00 Noon: February 28, 2025

General Bids at 2:00 PM: March 11, 2025

Every Filed Sub-Bidder must be certified by DCAMM in the category for which they bid. Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for the category of work listed below and for no less than the bid price plus all add alternates of this project, if applicable.

Category of Work: HVAC

E.C.C: $1,854,500

This project is scheduled for 322 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Demolition and replacement of heating hot water boilers, pumps, and supporting plumbing and electrical systems.

A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on February 12, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office, 200 West Street, Dedham, MA. Meet in front of the DAC Building.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
