Category of Work: General Building Construction

E.C.C: $3,108,491

This project is scheduled for 240 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Renovation of the exterior of Dudley House, including siding and trim, insulation, windows, roofing, ornamental railings, rebuilt porches and stairs. The Project also includes structural upgrades and a small addition to house a future stair.

A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on May 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Roxbury Community College, 167 Centre Street, Boston (Roxbury), MA 02130. Bidders to meet outside.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
