Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Maintenance Contract for the John W. McCormack Building, Boston, MA

This Project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M.
E.C.C: $154,473
This project is scheduled for 1,095 calendar days to substantial completion, with three one-year option terms. Scope: Testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and 24/7 emergency services for Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment.
A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on July 29, 2025 @ 10:00 AM at One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA. Bring valid ID and meet in the lobby.
Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
