Electrical Equipment Preventive Maintenance Contract, State House, Boston, MA
E.C.C: $2,001,228.00

This project is scheduled for 1,825 calendar days to substantial completion with three (3) one-year option terms. Scope: Provide a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract (PMSC) to include testing, inspection, preventive maintenance (including all PM required parts and materials), repairs, requested emergency services and incidental extra services for all Electrical Equipment (EE) located in the Massachusetts State House.

Pre-Bid/Site Visit – September 20, 2023 @ 10:00 AM at the Massachusetts State House, Hooker Entrance. Bring valid ID and meet in the Lobby.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
