Electronic Bids submitted in the format furnished by the Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM) and clearly identified as a bid will be received through DCAMM’s E-Bid Room at www.bidexpress.com/businesses/10279/home no later than the date and time specified and will forthwith be publicly opened remotely by DCAMM Bid Room personnel and read aloud over a conference call line. E.C.C: $836,406

This project is scheduled for 84 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Partial floor use reconfiguration, converting from data center into class “A” office space. Remove & replace existing partitions with new demountable partitions; remove & replace existing finishes; remove existing data center equipment; remove one existing duct riser; new HVAC; remove & replace sprinkler system; electrical & telecommunications upgrades.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2021 @ 11:00 AM at McCormack State Office Building, One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108. Bring valid ID and proceed through security.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
