Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Maintenance Services for Certain State Buildings in Boston, Lowell and Salem, MA

E.C.C: $131,399

This project is scheduled for 365 calendar days to substantial completion with two (2) one-year option terms. Scope: Testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment (Fire Alarm S&E) and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment (Fire Protection S&E) in the referenced buildings.

A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on August 17, 2022 @ 10:00 AM at One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108. Bring a valid ID and meet in the Lobby.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
