Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Maintenance Services for a Certain State Building in Boston, MA

E.C.C: $137,566 (based on a 5-year term)

This project is scheduled for 365 calendar days to substantial completion with four one-year options to renew. Scope: Testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment (Fire Alarm S&E) and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment (Fire Protection S&E) in the referenced building.

A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on December 21, 2022 @ 10:00 AM at the Lindemann Building, 25 Staniford Street, Boston, MA, at the Plaza Side Entrance. Proceed to the security desk and bring valid ID.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
