Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Maintenance Services for the Massachusetts State House Boston, MA
E.C.C: $37,692
This project is scheduled for 365 calendar days to completion with four (4) option terms of one year each, and in general includes: Testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and emergency services for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on February 23, 2021 @ 8:00 AM in the lobby of the Ashburton Park Entrance located on the Bowdoin Street side of the State House, through Security. Bring a valid ID to pass through Security.
Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
