MDPH Stables Building Roof Repair, Jamaica Plain, MA

E.C.C: $493,106

This project is scheduled for 120 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Existing slate shingle roof of approximately 7,000 square feet will be removed and replaced with a standing seam metal roof. Abatement of asbestos-containing materials. Replace skylights. Selective wood trim repair. Repair and re-painting of interior gypsum wall board assemblies.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on March 2, 2021 @ 10:00 AM. Meet in front of the Stables Building located at 305 South Street, Jamaica Plain, MA.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
