This project is scheduled for 250 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Renovation of an existing stormwater and sewer control gatehouse to remove unused equipment and accommodate a workshop and office space for DCR’s Flood Control Unit staff.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on March 24, 2021 @ 1:00 PM at the Gatehouse Building, 0 Charlesgate West, Boston, MA 02115.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
