General Bids at 2:00 PM: September 3, 2024

Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for the category of work listed below and for no less than the bid price plus all add alternates of this project, if applicable.

Category of Work: HVAC OR Mechanical Systems

E.C.C: $439,000

This project is scheduled for 184 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Replacement of existing supply fan with a fan wall in two air handling units, upgrade of BMS controller in those same units, and upgrade of interior lighting to LED. Add alternates for replacement of chilled water coils, drain pans and associated replacement of partial existing piping and fittings of the air handling units to install the coils.

A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on August 14, 2024 at 10:00 AM at One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA. Bring Valid ID and meet in the Lobby.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
