McCormack Building – Boiler Pump Replacement, Boston, MA

The following Filed Sub-Bid: Electrical.

E.C.C: $205,275

This project is scheduled for 180 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Replacement of the existing two (2) boiler feed pumps, associated piping specialties and two (2) pump variable frequency drives (“VFDs”). The replacement pumps will provide full redundancy for the boiler system. The replacement VFDs will include associated electrical work, controls and interface into existing building control system.

A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on December 28, 2022 @ 10:00 AM at One Ashburton Place, Room 109, Boston, MA. Bring valid ID and proceed through security.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
