The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM), requests that qualified and experienced Trade Contractors submit Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications to be received through DCAMM’s E-Bid Room at www.bidexpress.com/businesses/10279/home no later than 12:00 PM, March 13, 2023.

This Project is for the repairs of the exterior envelope of a 22-story building. This early bid package includes work on the Precast Concrete and Curtain Wall Facades and 22nd Floor roofs.

This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. DCAMM, through its Trade Contractor Prequalification Committee is prequalifying firms interested in providing public Trade Contractor services on this Public Construction Manager at Risk (“CM at Risk”) Project for the construction of the DCP – McCormack Building – Exterior Envelope Repair, Boston, MA through this RFQ process.

Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following four (4) categories of work: Early Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking ($1,223,252); Early Roofing & Flashing ($543,910); Early Glass & Glazing ($677,043); Early Plumbing ($63,600). Only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the categories of work in which they were prequalified. The Construction Manager is W.T. Rich Co.
