Mechanical Room Pump, Diesel Exhaust, Fuel, Duct Modification, John W. McCormack Building, Boston, MA

The following Filed Sub-Bids: Fire Protection; HVAC; Electrical.

E.C.C: $1,320,440

This project is scheduled for 365 calendar days to substantial completion. Scope: Upgrades to the existing diesel engine-driven fire pumps and controllers, diesel engine exhaust piping, and fuel oil system.

A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be held on December 14, 2022 @ 10:00 AM at 1 Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108. Bring valid ID and meet in the Lobby.

Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards. These rates are incorporated into the bid documents.
