Jackson Square Partners LLC hereby invites sealed bids for the Jackson Square Greenway construction project. Jackson Square Partners LLC is a private entity formed for the purpose of managing the comprehensive redevelopment of Jackson Square, which bridges the Roxbury and Jamaica Plain neighborhoods of Boston.

The work includes installation of drainage structures, drainage pipes, inlet protection, temporary construction fence, erosion control, electrical conduits, street lighting pull boxes, street lighting standard bases and pull rope at 75 Amory Avenue Apartments, Boston, and the existing MBTA/AMTRAK Rail Corridor. Installation of street lighting poles, street lighting fixtures and electrical wiring are not included as part of this scope of work. Bidders must appear on Boston Water & Sewer Commission Bonded Contractor’s List or use a subcontractor bonded by Boston Water & Sewer Commission for all BWSC related work to be eligible for an award of the project.

The IFB package will be available starting Wednesday, August 30, 2023 by contacting Frederick Berry of Nitsch Engineering at fberry@nitscheng.com after 10:00 AM with your name, phone number, email address and company address at which time, Nitsch Engineering will provide an electronic link to the documents.

Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope by Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 1:00 pm to the office of the Civil Engineer, Nitsch Engineering, Inc. at 2 Center Plaza, Suite 430, Boston, MA 02108
