This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to be advertised on September 4, 2025. The proposal opening date is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Sealed proposals will be received digitally through the Cambridge eProcurement system until 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 18, 2025, for furnishing the following to the City of Cambridge:

The City of Cambridge seeks qualified firms or agencies with strong experience in early childcare to provide preschool programming for the City of Cambridge. The City strives to ensure that every child and family in Cambridge has access to high-quality early care and education experiences.
