Falmouth Housing Authority laundry facilities

The Falmouth Housing Authority is seeking proposals for the evaluation of existing laundry facilities and the outsourcing of laundry machine operations at five (5) locations. Currently, FHA owns and operates laundry machines at these sites:

1. Harborview Apartments, 115 Scranton Ave, Falmouth (80 units)
2. Mayflower-Choate Apartments, 238 Lakeview Ave, Falmouth (24 units)
3. Salt Sea Apartments, 211 Scranton Ave, Falmouth (30 units)
4. Tataket Apartments, 138 Teaticket Hwy, Teaticket (83 units
5. Rose Morin Apartments, 58 Rose Morin Ln (60 units)

FHA reserves the right to evaluate all proposals to determine whether outsourcing is in the best interest of the Authority. Selection criteria will include the quality of services offered, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with tenant needs.
