The Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for Engineering Design Services for Harborwalk and Resiliency Improvements at Wharf 8/Pier 10 Project 2022 in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30, s. 39M, as may be amended, estimated to be for a two-year contract with EDIC. The Request for Proposal will be available beginning Tuesday, June 21, 2022 and may be obtained from the BPDA Website https://www.bostonplans.org/work-with-us/procurement-portal. All responses to this RFP must be returned no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, July 11, 2022, to: Teresa Polhemus, Clerk, Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston, One City Hall Square, Room 910, Boston, MA 02201-1007. Fee proposals must be submitted under separate cover and in a sealed envelope. The resulting contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible respondent meeting the quality requirements, satisfying the minimum threshold criteria, and submitting the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the comparative evaluation criteria and the fee proposal.
