To all persons interested in the matter of: Barbara F. Martin of Boston, MA in said County of Suffolk who is deceased.

A petition has been presented to said Court, for license to sell a private sale-public auction-certain real estate of the deceased Barbara F Martin of 28 Wabon St, Boston, MA 02122 in the County of Suffolk, and praying that the petitioner Dhetra Polk may be come the purchaser of said real estate.

The real estate which the petioner(s) propose(s) to sell is situated in 28 Wabon Street, Boston, MA 02121 in the County of Suffolk, bounded and described as follows:

The land in Boston formerly Roxbury, being Lot #23 on a plan made by Garbett and Wood, Surveyors, dated April 16th, 1878, and recorded with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds at Book: 1425 at Page 142, bounded and described as follows: Northeasterly, by Wabon Street, fifty (50) feet; Northwesterly, by Lot #24 on said plan, eighty two and 1/10th feet (82.1) feet; Southwesterly, by land now or late of Jonathan French, fifty and 4/100th (50.4) feet; Southeasterly by Lot #22 on said plan, eighty four and 2/10th (84.2) feet The same being commonly known as 28 Wabon Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02121

If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Boston before ten o’clock in the forenoon on the 29th day of April, 2021, the return day of this citation.
