To Issac Dowden And Vanessa Larocque of Boston in the County of Suffolk and to all other interested persons

A petition has been presented to the Probate and Family Court of Suffolk County in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by, Coretta White of Boston In the County of Suffolk, representing that she, hold as Tenants in common and an undivided 25% share of certain land lying, Dorchester, MA in said County described as:

6-8 Weldon Street, Dorchester, MA 02121 – Parcel ID 1202841000

The land, with the buildings thereon, situated in the part of Boston called Roxbury, being lot No. 5 on plan recorded with Suffolk Deeds, Book 1672, Page 600, together with a small parcel in the rear of said lot No 5, the whole being bounded and described as follows:

SOUTHEASTERLY by Weldon Street, fifty-seven and 34/100 (57.34) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY by land now or late of M.A. Brown, thirty-nine (39) feet;
NORTHWESTERLY by land now or late of Ella E. Mann, thirty-nine and 92/100 (39.92) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY again by land now or late of said Ella E. Mann, ten and 6/100 (1O.06) feet;
NORTHWESTERLY again by land now or late of said Ella E. Mann, twenty-two and 62/100 (22.62) feet, more or less; and
SOUTHWESTERLY by other land of Bertha M. Brown and Lot 113 on said plan, forty-seven and 88/100 (47.88) feet.

The street address of the land is 6-8 Weldon Street, Dorchester Massachusetts 02121.

The common title to the land is held by Vanessa Larocque, Issac Dowden and Coretta White, as tenants in common, by deed dated February 28, 2024 and recorded with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds in Book 69937, Page 167. Title derives from a deed in to Vanessa Larocque, setting forth that she desires that all of the aforesaid described part of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than $600,000 praying that the partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to the law and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.

If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Boston before ten o’clock in the forenoon of the 2nd of May, 2024, the return day of this citation.
