To all interested persons:

A petition has been filed by Mary H. Schmidt of Boston MA and John H.F. Enteman of Boston MA, First Republic Trust Company of Boston MA requesting Sale of Trust estate on behalf of John H.F. Enteman, Mary H. Schmidt, & First Republic Trust Company, a Div. of First Republic Bank, Trustees of the Trust u/w Edward Swartz for Private Sale, see attached description of property.

The land in Hanson, Plymouth County, Massachusetts on the westerly shore of Oldham Pond bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the westerly shore of Oldham Pond indicated ás “wall” on a plan hereinafter described and running westerly by land of Francis C. Pfaff, 178.35 feet and by land of Ella L. Pfaff 10.00 feet to a stake numbered “15” on said plan; thence running southeasterly diagonally across a Right of Way to a stake in the roadway; thence running easterly by land of Aline Julie Mettetel 61.56 feet and by land of Edmond Julien Mettetel 111.66 feet and 3.59 feet to the shore of said pond, as shown on said plan; thence running northerly along the shore of said pond, ten (10) feet more or less to the point of beginning.

Shown on a plan entitled: “Plan of Land in Hanson, Mass. Owned by Herbert F. Pfaff”, dated March 15, 1938 and revised on July 12, 1943, by A. P. Trufant C. E. and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds on January 13, 1949 in Plan Book 7, Plan 529.

You have the right to obtain a copy of the Petition from the Petitioner or at the Court. You have a right to object to this proceeding. To do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and objection at this Court before 10:00 a.m. on 01/23/2024. This is NOT a hearing date, but a deadline by which you must file a written appearance and objection if you object to this proceeding. If you fail to file a timely written appearance and objection followed by an Affidavit of Objections within thirty (30) days of the return date, action may be taken without further notice to you.
