A Petition has been filed by Lisa Dewyngaegrt of Winfield TN requesting That the Decree and Order dated October 23, 2024 be vacated to allow for the filing of an Amended Surviving Spouse, Children and Heirs at Law form to account for all initially omitted heirs at law.

You have the right to obtain a copy of the Petition from the Petitioner or at the Court. You have a right to object to this proceeding. To do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and objection at this Court before 10:00 a.m. on 04/03/2025.
