CITATION
Chandler Cazenove, LLC V. Byron Ray Spencer

To all interested persons:

A petition has been filed by Chandler Cazenove, LLC requesting:

A. To order the issuance and publication of a Citation giving “notice to all parties interested” regarding these proceedings. B. To hold such a hearing as is determined appropriate under the circumstances; C. To enter a final decree reforming, ratifying and/or confirming nunc pro tunc to December 27, 1994, that the Guardian’s Deed to the property executed by Lola Campbell and recorded with Suffolk Registry of Deeds at Book 24838 Page 129, was a valid deed conveying all of the Administratrix’s interest in the property, and that said deed inures to the benefit of the Administratrix’s grantees and all subsequent grantees, including the petitioner, such that the petitioner is the owner of the property outright; D. To grant Petitioner such additional relief as is deemed just and appropriate.

If you fail to file a timely written appearance and objection followed by an Affidavit of Objections within thirty (30) days of the return date, action may be taken without further notice to you.
