A Petition for Order of Complete Settlement has been filed by Josephine E Gordon of Greenacre FL requesting that the court enter a formal Decree of Complete Settlement including the allowance of a final account, insofar a only asset of the estate is the home located at 72 Goodale Road, Boston, which is registered land, it is necessary for the Court to determine the value of said property in order for the Land Court to issue a new Certificate of Title setting forth the percentage interest of the two heirs, the decedent’s husband and the decedent’s son by a previous marriage, and other such relief as may be requested in the Petition.
