A petition for Order of Complete Settlement has been filed by Louise Eleanor Arrington of Burlington, NC and Lydia Mae Mathis of Mattapan, MA requesting that the court enter a formal Decree of Complete Settlement including the allowance of a final account , of the Co-Personal Representatives and other such relief as may be requested in the Petition.
