SALE OF REAL ESTATE TO PAY DEBTS, LEGACIES AND CHARGES OF ADMINISTRATION

To all person interested in the estate of Carlton C. Williams late of Boston in said County, deceased Intestate.

A petition has been presented to said Court for license to sell at private sale a certain real estate of said deceased for the payment of said debts, legacies and charges of administration located in Mattapan, MA.

Legal Description of the Decedent’s real estate located at 516 Harvard Street, Boston, Massachusetts as recorded in the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, Book 57657, Page 26 on March 10, 2017:

The land in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts bounded and described as follows:

Northwesterly: by Harvard Street, forty-five and 47/100 (45.47) feet;

Northeasterly: by Lot 19 and a portion of Lot 22 as shown on a plan hereinafter, sixty-five and 48/100 (65.48) feet;

Southeasterly: Lot 23, as shown on said plan, fifty-four and (44) feet; and

Southwesterly: by Lot 17, as shown on said plan, fifty-four and 02/100 (54.02) feet.

Containing 2,629 square feet of land, and being shown as Lot 18 on plan made by Henry C. Milgram, Surveyor, dated May 11, 1916, and recorded with Suffolk County Registry of Deeds at the end of Book 3948.

If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Boston before ten o’clock in the forenoon on the 25th day of March 2025, the return day of this citation.
