To all persons interested in the matter of: Estella County of Boston, in said County of Suffolk-an incapacitated person under conservatorship.

A petition has been presented to said Court for license to sell a private sale certain real estate of Estella County of 849 Cummins Highway, Apt. #1, Boston, MA 02126 in the County of Suffolk, for maintenance and praying that the petitioner Kenwin County may be come the purchaser of said real estate.

A certain parcel of land in that part of Boston called Mattapan with the buildings thereon numbered 849 Cummins Highway, being lot forty-three on a “Plan of House Lots on Oakland Heights, Mattapan, belonging to F. J. Taber C.E. Breck engineer, May 1893” recorded with Suffolk Deeds at the end of Libro 2178, bounded and described as follows: NORTHEASTERLY: by Oakland Street fifty and 39/100 (50.39) feet; SOUTHEASTERLY: by land of owner unknown, being lot 44 on said plan, one hundred four and 61/100 (104.61) feet; SOUTHWESTERLY: by land of owner unknown, being lot 45 on said plan, fifty (50) feet; and NORTHWESTERLY: by land of owner unknown, being lot 42 on said plan, one hundred ten and 86/100 (100.86) feet.

If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Boston before ten o’clock in the forenoon on the 8th day of May, 2019, the return day of this citation.
