To the above named Defendant:

A Complaint has been presented to this Court by the Plaintiff (s), Miledy Gomez seeking a divorce, pursuant to Supplemental Probate Court Rule 41 I, an Automatic Restraining Order has been entered against the above named parties, and that the said defendant cannot be found within the Commonwealth and that his/her present whereabouts are unknown; that personal service on said defendant is therefore not practicable, and that said defendant has not voluntarily appeared in this action.

You are required to serve upon Miledy Gomez — whose address is 55 Warwick Street, Apt 1211, Roxbury MA 02120 – Phone# 781-223-2055 your answer on or before 1st day of March, 2018. If you fail to do so, the court will proceed to the hearing and adjudication of this action. You are also required to file a copy of your answer in the office of the Register of this Court at Boston.
