DCAMM-certified contractors for roof replacement

Invitation to Bid – Neighborhood House Charter School

Neighborhood House Charter School (NHCS) invites sealed bids from DCAMM-certified contractors for roof replacement at its 21 Queen Street, Dorchester, MA campus. Project includes removal and replacement of existing EPDM roofing, masonry restoration, flashing, and associated work. Bid documents may be requested by emailing Sean Mathias at smathias@thenhcs.org. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 1:30 PM at the project site. Sealed bids are due by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 30, 2025, and will be privately opened thereafter. All bids must comply with M.G.L. c. 149 and 30, and prevailing wage laws. NHCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids in the best interest of the school.
