SUFFOLK. ss Case No. 16P2825

To: Ira H. Golman Personal Representative of the estate of Martha Elizabeth White late of Boston, in said County, deceased, – testate – represented insolvent.

YOU are hereby ordered to notify the creditors of said insolvent estate that the Court will receive, hear and examine all claims of creditors against said insolvent estate at the Probate Court to be held at Boston, in and for said County, on, the 21st day of August 2018, and on the 21st day of November 2018, at 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon, respectively, that they may then and there present and prove their claims.

Six months from the date hereof are allowed to creditors within which to present and prove their said claims. Claims allowed may be adjusted by finding the net amount due 0.00 the date of death of said deceased.

And you are ordered to give at least seven days’ written notice, by mail or otherwise, to all known creditors of the time and place of each of each of said hearings and cause notices to be published in the Bay State Banner a newspaper published in Boston, once in each week, for three successive weeks, the last publication to be one day at least before said first hearing.

You will make return hereof, with your doings hereon, on or before the date of said first hearing 21st day of August 2018.
