INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Boston Water and Sewer Commission by its Executive Director invites sealed Bids for CONTRACT NO. 25-201-005, Three (3) year Contract for Solid Waste Disposal Services, AS PER BWSC SPECIFICATIONS.

Bid/Contract Documents, May be obtained from, the Procurement Office Boston Water and Sewer Commission, 980 Harrison Avenue, Boston, MA 02119, Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM TO 4:30 PM. Bids must be submitted on the forms obtained from the Director of Procurement and must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked Bid for Contract NO. 25-201-005 – Solid Waste Disposal Services. Bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday June 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at the office of the Director of Procurement. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS. The award of any contract is subject to approval by the board of commissioners. A Pre-Bid Conference and Tour will be held at the Commission’s Headquarters on Wednesday June 4, 2025 at 9:30a.
